Procedure:
Call me and we will talk about your trophy and the contest 410-742-1445
The antlers must dry for a minimum of 60 days before measuring
After the 60 day drying period, call me to make arrangements to get the antlers to
me for measuring.
There is a $20 dollar entry fee for the Contest which is currently held at the Hunting
and Fishing Expo in August at the Charles County Fairgrounds. To receive individual
county awards and prizes your trophy
must be displayed at the fairground site.
Have your trophy sika or whitetail officially measured
for the Maryland Trophy Deer Contest. The contest
basically uses the Boone and Crockett Scoring
System for whitetails and is slightly modified for sika
deer.
